Store pages as of Aug 15, 2026
| Spec | Minimum | Recommended |
|---|---|---|
| OS | Windows 10 64-bit | Windows 10 64-bit |
| CPU | Intel Core i5-6600 / AMD Ryzen 3 1200 | Newer 6-core class (check store page) |
| RAM | 12 GB (Steam) / 16 GB (Epic) | 16 GB |
| GPU | NVIDIA GTX 1660 Ti / AMD RX 5600 XT 6 GB | Stronger 6 GB+ class (check store page) |
| Storage | ~35 GB | ~35 GB |
Steam and Epic currently disagree on minimum RAM (12 GB vs 16 GB). Until they reconcile, treat 16 GB as the safer floor — the game is Unreal Engine 5 and Early Access-era 8 GB builds no longer reflect the 1.0 listing.
Performance expectations
- Performance complaints have followed the game since Early Access and still appear after 1.0 in some reports.
- 1.0 added DLSS support on PC, which helps if your GPU supports it.
- Common fixes reported by players: update GPU drivers, cap the frame rate, and lower shadows/volumetric settings first.
Spec questions
What are the minimum requirements?
Steam and Epic differ slightly on RAM: Steam lists 12 GB minimum with an i5-6600 / Ryzen 3 1200-class CPU and a GTX 1660 Ti / RX 5600 XT-class GPU; Epic's 1.0 page lists 16 GB. Windows 10 64-bit is required.
How much storage does it need?
About 35 GB. Early Access listings showed less, so the 1.0 figure is the one to plan for.
Does it support DirectX 12?
The game runs on Unreal Engine 5; store listings point to DirectX 11 as the minimum API level. GPU driver updates are worth checking before launch.
Will it run on a GTX 970?
Early Access-era listings mentioned GTX 970-class hardware, but the 1.0 minimum moved to GTX 1660 Ti-class GPUs. A GTX 970 may run it at low settings, but it's below the current listed minimum.
Is there a Steam Deck profile?
No official Steam Deck verification has been published for 1.0.
