No More Room in Hell 2: How to Extract
Extraction is the real ending of every run — and the moment most squads die. Here's the full flow, the payout math, and the two early-extraction escape hatches.

Board early. The helicopter does not wait for stragglers, and dying while chasing one last loot pile converts your whole run into nothing.
The extraction flow
- Finish the main objectives. The compass (C key) shows red arrows to each one — follow it, don't wander.
- Reach the landing zone. The final objective leads to a helicopter LZ. Getting there is not the finish line.
- Survive the holdout. The helicopter takes time to arrive and land. This is the mission's hardest fight, and it's part of the run.
- Board and bank. Get everyone on the helicopter. Boarding converts the run into XP and Credits.
Why extraction is the payout
Character XP comes from the Supplies you carry out, objectives completed, and extracting safely — and Credits come mostly from a final extraction. A squad that extracts with a full pack of Supplies levels fast; a squad that bails early banks far less. That's why the loot math is simple: Supplies are the mission's currency, and the LZ is the bank.
Early extraction options
- Objective mode: when three or fewer living Responders remain, Early Individual Extraction opens bunkers around the map so survivors can escape without the full objective chain.
- Survival mode: fail two speaker-defense waves and an early extraction option opens, letting the squad evacuate instead of forcing the third wave.
LZ tips from the guides
- Save ammunition and healing for the final holdout — the run's hardest fight comes last.
- Assign a rear guard. Squads that all watch the helicopter get flanked.
- Board early. The helicopter doesn't wait, and the last player on the ramp is the most likely casualty.
Extraction questions
How do I extract in No More Room in Hell 2?
Finish the mission's main objectives — the compass (C key) marks them. The final objective leads to a helicopter landing zone; hold the area until the helicopter arrives, then board it.
What do I get for extracting?
Character XP for the Supplies you carried out plus objectives completed, and Credits — final extraction is the main source of Credits. Early extraction pays much less.
What if my squad is dying in objective mode?

Is there early extraction in Survival mode?
