Player count
No More Room in Hell 2 Player Count (Steam Charts)
Concurrent numbers bounce around by hour, day and patch. Here's how to read them without overreacting.
Live numbers checked Aug 15, 2026
Steam Charts only tracks Steam. PS5 and Xbox players are invisible to these tools, so the real cross-platform population is higher than the Steam graph.
How to read the numbers
No More Room in Hell 2 is a niche co-op title, and its Steam numbers reflect that: modest concurrent counts that swing heavily by time of day and patch timing. The all-time peak (11,318) came from the Early Access launch hype in late 2024. The 1.0 release has not come close to that on Steam.
The important caveat: Steam Charts only sees Steam. The 1.0 console launch added PS5 and Xbox players to the same crossplay pool, and those players never appear in these graphs.

Does the count matter for matchmaking?
Lobbies need eight players (or one for Solo Mode), so even 200 concurrent Steam players spread across regions can mean a short wait at peak times and slow nights off-peak. Crossplay was added partly to fix exactly this: the console population joins the same pool.
Player count questions

No — it's a niche co-op title with a small but active community, and crossplay pools console players in as well. Numbers are modest but the game supports 8-player lobbies easily.
